Shipping Policy

Standard size items are dispatched within 2 working days. Made to measure and bespoke items take between 3 - 8 weeks to make and are then dispatched or preferably collected where a fit check can also occur. Production times are checked and discussed in our initial online or in person meeting. An Express service is sometimes available at an extra cost. If you require items in a shorter time frame please let me know as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate you.

Shipping costs, as well as taxes and duties for international countries, are calculated according to your shipping destination, weight and current rates with DHL. For items being shipped the amount will be calculated and notified to you prior to production. We encourage customers to visit our shop to collect their items as we love to see how well they fit in person, can spot any tweaks that may further improve the garment, and also show you some of the special features we may include just because we like to make garments as functional and beautiful as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Great care is taken to provide items that are of good quality. If however there is a problem with a product please let us know within 14 days so that we can endeavour to remedy it for you. If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will refund you.

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery on standard size items, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an exchange is required a refund for the original item must be requested and a new order placed. If sending from abroad please clearly mark returned goods on the outside of the package. Returned items must be unused and in as new condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and this will be reflected in the refunded amount.

Made to measure and customised items can be refunded during our initial meeting / discussion should you change your mind. Items are only put into production after we have confirmed details with you. Once in production or delivered made to measure or customised items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is due to the fact made to measure items are part of a service that has been provided for you, and they are made specifically for you, to your measurements and requirements, and would be unlikely to fit anyone else. If fit is an issue after delivery please contact me for a further meeting online or in person so I can assess and try to improve things for you. If there has been an error or an item is defective I will bear the costs.
